Restart the app and try to play the movie again. The file will be there ready to play.

There are several reasons why the videos may not be playing. We always recommend resetting yor device after installing an app (hold home and power key until devioce shuts down and you see the Apple logo again). After you have done that see below for possible solutions:

All device owners

  • To watch the videos you must first be connected to the internet. You may watch via streaming or download to the device to watch at another time when you are not connected to the internet (such as on a plane)
  • Make sure you are not using your device in airplane mode

iPhone / iPod 3G owners

  • Your device is not capable of playing the "HD" videos we offer. When asked you must choose "Low Res". This is a hardware issue and nothing we can control, the "Low Res" versions are still excellent quality with the added bonus of being half the size

iPhone 3Gs owners

  • Depending on your software version you may not be able to watch the HD videos. Please choose the "Low Res" version, it's made for your screen size.

iPhone 4 / iPad owners

  • Both versions of the videos will play on your device. If you are having difficulty watching the videos please make sure you are connected to the internet.
  • Stop other system intensive apps from  multitasking. To do this: double tap home key, hold icon until it shakes, then delete from the multitasking switcher bar. This stops the app without deleting it.
  • If you are still having difficulty try watching the "Low Res" version. It is still excellent quality but is only about half the size of the HD format.

The video must be allowed to complete downloading. You can see this on the download screen with the bytes downloaded counter. You will recieve a message when it is ready to watch

All device owners

  • Allow the video to finish downloading
  • If your device is low on power plug it into a power source

iOS 3+ users

  • You must leave the video download screen alone while downloading. If you recieve a call or exit the app you must resume downloading before you can watch the video

iOS 4+ users

  • This app supports multitasking, however if you are having trouble downloading the movies we suggest allowing the download to complete before navigating elsewhere on the device.

All Apps are sold through iTunes therefore you will need to contact Apple directly for a refund. We cannot offer refunds directly.

If you have downloaded the movies to your device they are permanently stored in the device. We do this so you can watch them without an internet connection. If you want to free up space on your device, but keep the Application:

  • Delete the App, this will delete the data and all downloaded movies
  • Re-sync or download the App. This will be free and at it's original small size. You may then watch the movies by streaming at any time or download the movies again if you wish.
App updates will be released periodically to address performance issues or add functionality. We have no set schedule for these updates.

By turning the sound on, off and then on again and restarting (switching on/off) the device the sound will work again.

No, this app is Universal.

You may share the app between your devices for free by downloading it or syncing with iTunes to an iTunes registered device. Any downloads of the films you have made within one device however will not be transferred and you must download it again.

You can re-download it by clicking the buy button again. The App Store will inform you that you have already purchased the item, but will still download the application again to your account (without charging you).

Please try to restart the Device (hold power and home keys until the device powers down and you see the apple logo again) and sync it with iTunes.

If that does not solve the problem please try deleting the app from your Device and your iTunes account. You can easily re-download it by clicking the buy button again, you will not be charged. The App Store will inform you that you have already purchased the item and you will not be charged.
